Times as they are, we authors must find innovative methods to market our wares - methods founded on sincerity, authenticity, and community. We know what we want to say, yet we lack the technological tools to get the job done. The Let’s Get Social Marketing Series is an on-line, affordable event dedicated to bridging the gap between knowledge and skills. We’ve already got the moxie and the message. We simply need some guidance and a bit of coaching the get the job done.

Meet the Faculty:

• Louise Brogan of The Social Bee NI - Mastering Zoom: In this session participants will learn the basic functionalities of Zoom, such as scheduling, managing sessions, the webinar functionality, and more. BONUS! Louise is a LinkedIn specialist and will be using her LinkedIn content to demonstrate her message.

• Abby Herman, Content Marketing Specialist - The Essentials of the E-Newsletter: Being that Abby is a master of the “nurturing email series,” she will guide us to an understanding of how we can build a community by crafting newsletters in thoughtful and considerate ways.

• Jillian O’Keefe, Social Media Manager - Platform Building with Instagram: Instagram is more that a place to post pictures of your puppies. It’s a robust marketing platform that, if done right, can enhance our visibility exponentially and Jillian is going to show us how to do it.

• Debbie Gonzales, Guides by Deb - Does Pinterest Sell Books?: Sure. We we're all looking for a down and dirty, quick and easy marketing strategy to win over readers, aren’t we? Click and buy. That’s what we want. Yet, truth be told, there's a whole lot more to selling than a click and a prayer. In this session, participants will learn about the components of what is known as the "sales funnel" and how they can develop a plan to navigate their way through it using Pinterest and other modes of marketing.
